Health, how healthy can one be for such a long period of time? I ask myself this question everyday and i fight with my urges on a regular. Ladies and gents I’m what you call a half and half. 50% health nut and 50% eater of everything in site, but lately that ugly head has been taking a toll on me mentally and physically. Now dont get it twisted, i am all for organic (skin and hair care). I am all about taking care of the skin and having natural full, healthy hair. To be even more honest i lovveee water too. Water, water, water and more water. It’s just that my eating habits is not persistent when it should very well be.
So, last Saturday i decided to step out of my comfort zone literally. I took the advice of my lovely cousin and just did it. That day was my first day ever getting a colon hydrotherapy (CH) (aka. colon cleansing). Now don’t judge off hand or so easily become disgusted, hear me out first. “Colon Hydrotherapy is the gentle rinsing of the colon with warm water, to remove encrusted fecal matter, gas and mucus”. This allows your colon to work properly, re-tone and re-shape (Hippo Crates Health Institute, 2017). Leaving you feeling good as new. Now imagine all those years of built up everything you ever put into your body only to sit there and just sit, in your intestines. Cause and effect people.
When i tell you, I walked out of Divine Purpose Wellness Center feeling like a new women. I not only got the CH but i did the foot and body detox as well. People it was heaven i tell you!! I liked it so much i decided to go back next Saturday and two more after that then maintain it every quarter. I am trying to make sure that i take care of me because nobody else will.
Advice: Do your research and/0r talk to your doctor. If you like what you read and/or hear, try it out. It does not hurt to try new things when taking care of yourself. Your health should always come first.
