Well-being is defined in the dictionary as the state of being comfortable, healthy, happy, or successful. Health is a state of being free from illness or injury; a person’s mental or physical condition. When hearing these words one would think of no sickness, exercising and eating healthy foods. Even though those things surely plays a big part in your well-being and health. It does not stop there.
Where are you mentally? How high or low is your emotional intelligence (EQ)? How is your personality and what are your strengths and weaknesses out of the 6 Dimensions of Wellness? See, all of these things plays a big part of your well-being and health too. How do you interact and perceive the world around you is very important if you want to achieve and develop healthy and positive relationships. Starting with your well-being and health is just the start of BUILDING yourself to get where you want to be.
So this is where I started my journey of BUILDING myself, developing mentally and achieving my goals.
